COOLSTAR
From January 1st, 2006 company UNICHTERM has extended its product‘s portfolio to existing product NGL® with new product COOLSTAR®. Unichterm bought this well-known trademark from concern Zentiva. 450 tons of heat-carrying medium had been sold under trademark COOLSTAR® before April 2005. This volume makes a very sufficient proof of this trademark’s renown.
Company UNICHTERM plans to resume on former COOLSTAR®’s successes and it wants to strengthen its current position on market. For achieving this aim works on development of second-generation, heat-carrying, non-freezing liquid on water basis of potassium acetates and formats have been started in August, 2005. Knowledge and experience from NGL®’s sales together with customers requirements from cooling and air-conditioning branch were applied and considered during the development of new product.
Product COOLSTAR® is a result of these improvements and it reaches same qualities as NGL® (outstanding physical, chemical and ecological properties). But new COOLSTAR® has something special to offer:
- After exposing it in UV spectrum it phosphoresces
- It uses modern, wide spectral, anti-corrosive additives
- It contains stabilizers that increase the durability of liquid against the impurities
COOLSTAR®’s production has been started in January 2nd, 2006.
